- Retention is one of our concerns. We try to encourage them to carry on with the work even if it is difficult in the beginning.
- We ask them to continue while searching for a better one. Once they get a better job they can shift to it.
- At present the students are earning from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 20,000.
- After few months of experience the bargaining power of students go up. If they are not given deserving salary they are encouraged to look for a better job.
