Prem Kr.Manjhi, 19 years old S/O-Kapil Dev Manjhi village located in the Dharmpur district of Munger. His father is working as a farmer. His father used to drink and the family situation was quite bad. His father used to fight often. He has one sisterand two brothers. He wasin 10thStandard. He stopped his studies due to financial problems. He was sitting idle at home. But he came to know about Bon Bosco Tech for Skill and Employment (BASE), the skill based training program offered by Don Bosco Tech in partnership with SIB for needy and marginalized youth. He decided to enrol in the training at Asha Deep without any further delay.

His present salary is Rs.9200/per month with accommodation and food at Nideck PVT LTD.He is working very honestly and with positive attitudeand also hoping for the promotion by which he will be able to support financiallyothers as well as his family.
